Hey Hey People! So Of Montreal has a new CD coming out on October 7th called Skeletal Lamping so needless to say, I am overwhelmed with excitement and well, stoked as hell.  First, Conor Oberst, now Of Montreal, who’s next, The Arcade Fire? AHH! That would be too perfect. Anyway, the track, is awesome, fun and just as kooky as one might expect. Some might say it resembles their famous track, “The Party’s Crashing Us“, which I would agree with to an extent, but this track is different though. It’s not nearly as “sing-along” as it’s “cousin”; “I’d Engager” is full of twists and turns and I would say is a little more fun than the other. They mix in random sounds and stop and begin and stop again more times than usual. Ha! Kevin screams a lot, which I love. I’ve already listened to the song at least 10 times since I got it (Thanks Polyvinyl for leaking it!).

Oh yeah, did I mention that Kevin Barnes produced the whole thing?! Uh yeah, He’s a genius.
